How do I make a return?
As part of our commitment to customer service, Neu Cosmetics offers a reasonable return policy for products purchased on our website.Please contact support@neu-cosmetics.com for a pre-authorization of the refund or replacement providing us with your order number, name and address, details of the product and reason for the return. Once you have the pre-authorization, you can send us the product purchased through our website. You may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 10 working days of placing the order. Please note that you are responsible for any shipping costs that may incur.
Below are our conditions for returns & replacements.
The product is accompanied by the original receipt. The product is sealed and is in its original condition. The product is exchanged or returned within 10 working days of placing the order. If the product is exchanged with another product with a higher value, the difference should be settled.
All authorized and approved refunds will be refunded to the customer within 10 working days.
