We work with international and reliable shipping carriers to ensure the best service for our customers.
We offer free shipping within the UAE, regardless of order value.
For deliveries outside the UAE, shipping costs are determined based on the carrier’s specifications and will be communicated by our Customer Service team via email after checkout.
Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
All orders are processed and shipped on the next business day.
Please allow 3–5 business days for deliveries within the UAE and 5–10 business days for international deliveries.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please note that deliveries do not take place on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Customs and Import Duties
Any customs or import duties are applied once the shipment reaches its destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond our control.
The recipient is responsible for paying any applicable customs or import duties. The shipping provider will issue a customs invoice at the time of delivery.
